**Damage Deposit is normally returned within 7 days after stay assuming all rules in the rental agreement have been followed.
Please be advised, this cabin is in a hilly area. In a snowstorm, it may be necessary to have 4 wheel drive or chains to access the property. Always be prepared and watch the weather when traveling into the mountains.
All reservations require a 50% deposit unless your arrival date is 30 days or less in the future (in which case, the entire reservation amount, including any taxes, fees and other deposits is required to make the reservation). Also, a $150.00 refundable damage deposit is required - at final payment. This fee will be charged along with the rest of the reservation payment. The deposit will be refunded provided that the conditions of rental agreement are met.
If you cancel before 30 days of the stay, you will be refunded for 94% of the deposit amount (to cover handling and credit card fees). However, if cancellation notice is given by tenant within 30 days of check in date, we have the right to retain all funds (except refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee) at our discretion. Refunds for cancelations within 30 days of the stay will be based upon our best efforts to re-rent the property for the same period.
